Kesteven RFC, a dynamic and ambitious rugby club in Lincolnshire, is seeking an exceptional Head Coach to lead our senior team to new heights. Following our recent promotion from Counties 2 and a strong mid-table finish in Counties 1, we’re on a successful run and looking for a driven leader to build on this momentum. Reporting directly to the Director of Rugby (DoR), the Head Coach will play a pivotal role in implementing the club’s vision and driving the team’s performance.
